Great Support. Worked with Paul, started the chat and he was there in a minute. 15 minutes later, he had helped me clear and sync about 3 months of backlog. Great attitude and problem-solving qualities.

Had some issues with the connector with one product, due to an error on my end, David was brilliant in solving the issues and took the time to understand the problem and correct it.

This app is great, when you have an issue they are able to resolve so quickly and efficiently DAVID helped me today and was fantastic.

Had a syncing error and Ben helped me through to solve the issue. Very heppy with how Ben gave me one-on-one help to solve it.

11/27/2022: I tend to be skeptical when it comes to online chat tech support. However, I was lucky to get Dean. He was able to fix the errors I was experiencing and tackle a few errors that were hanging out there. UPDATE 12/8/2022: I tried the Chat feature again and got Lori. Once again I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service. It was quick and easy to get my questions answered and the errors fixed.

Had, some advanced issues that needed tech support, and Dean helped me work through to solve the issues. I'm a very happy chappie, and my accountant will be too. Returned to need service again, Ronnie helped me solve the issue and had me on my way again in less than five minutes. Very happy with the service.

My previous feed broke and I installed this. It is quite comprehensive and needs to be set up carefully. I got an immediate response from the chat and Karol helped me through what I needed. She stayed patiently with me until all the issues were resolved, adjusting and resyncing until we were happy. Incredibly impressed with the service -would definitely recommend. thanks Karol -you made my day 100% easier!

I worked with Ben. He was a ton of help syncing my historical data and helping me understand the various workflows and how transactions would post to my books. I was very happy with the service and really appreciated that I was able to work with someone one-on-one to ensure that my sync got set up correctly. I had to log off early during our first session and I was able to login in a day later and request Ben to continue my sync.

We had an issue (caused by us) that was fixed very swiftly. Rom was really helpful, and explained how to stop it occurring again and we wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this app. On a second issue, we were helped by Vincent who also provide prompt and excellent service.

We had a few issues with syncing and tax set up errors, Ronnie fixed them all quickly and simply and the one he couldn't immediately fix he followed up via email and now we are back on track. This is so much better than previous app we used to connect. The support team are great and so polite and friendly. Would recommend.

I have been using the QBO App. for the past two years, and with the bookkeeping team and lots of customer support, I have gained the knowledge to do my business myself and without extra employees now that I've downsized my business. UPDATED: The onesaas shopify connector app used to be seamless until they had an "upgrade". Although there are definitely some issues with it, the customer support they provide is top notch. Jasmin went out of her way and even offered to stay after her shift to help me with some sync issues. If I had to choose an app with problems that had great customer support versus an app that worked well but had terrible customer support, I'd choose the former and would hope they all were as good at their job as Jasmin. Jasmin is a difference maker. Thank you! It does a fantastic job of helping me keep my invoicing, payments, and inventory in sync with my storefront and my accounting. Sherwin helped me to today with an issue that was solved professionally and quickly!

Fantastic so far! Sherwin was great at helping me get set up and this will save us hours of admin work.
