Dean was very helpful in solving how to post NetTerms. We mapped it to the Undeposited Funds account, then they all posted the way we were operating before.

Very excited about how easy this app seems to use! Had to chat to troubleshoot connection issues, but Karen answered me immediately and got me fixed in about 2 minutes!

I had some questions about how to set up the QBO Connector app for Shopify, and SHERWIN was there to help me out with all of my questions quickly. He has fantastic knowledge of the product and was able to help me get started quickly.

There's always a learning curve and I'm in a hurry. The tech support is awesome! I was on Chat support with ROM. The service was unbelievably fast and ROM made the task seem easy. This is truly the best support I've ever experienced. And when I'm dealing with my money, this app and support are important.
