I adore this App and the support! Not only is the app saving my life by syncing my QBO and shop, but when I ran into an issue (user error), my Support Rep Karol was nothing short of amazing. I use this app whenever Falcon PEV Shopify invoices cannot sync into QB and the Oneseas support staff, Joe are so helpful and solve my problems. Thanks a lot for the immediate assistance again.

Sherwin did an awesome job helping me fix my order errors when not syncing. I came in this morning and I had 29 errors that would not sync. They are now synced and will going forward.

Anything that was not in her scope of assisting me with, she gave me the information I needed to connect with the department that could. She was very kind and very professional. Easy to use and I have really enjoyed the customer service experience with the developers of this app. Karol really saved the day by walking me through some troubleshooting and helping me by merging items which saved me hours of time manually entering some older items that weren't syncing. She was super sweet and understood my needs right away. I do wish the connector would allow for discounts to be populated as product/service items to break down discounts for reporting purposes.
