Sherwin did an awesome job helping me fix my order errors when not syncing. I came in this morning and I had 29 errors that would not sync. They are now synced and will going forward.

This app is super helpful to sync daily sales data to Quickbooks. Francis from support was responsive and helpful

I had some issues when first getting set up, so I used the chat option to get some help and Sherwin came to my rescue and saved the day! He was able to get my errors resolved quickly and was easy to work with. Knowing support like that is available makes all the difference.

Customer service is excellent. Troy helped me resolve the few transaction synchronization errors I was experiencing.

Easy to use and I have really enjoyed the customer service experience with the developers of this app. Karol really saved the day by walking me through some troubleshooting and helping me by merging items which saved me hours of time manually entering some older items that weren't syncing. She was super sweet and understood my needs right away. I do wish the connector would allow for discounts to be populated as product/service items to break down discounts for reporting purposes.

We had an issue with duplicate transaction fees being applied (which was our own fault due to setting things up the wrong way). Ap works well and syncs nicely. Had a great experience resolving syncing old sales that Ronnie solved in two minutes. Normally app help desks are a bit hit or miss, but this was on the money. Had a second issue, this time Rom helped just as well. Great service. Second time around, Vincent helped. Sorted super quickly once again. Effortless.
