I just used the app for the first time. Had some issues with a duplicate account (this was my own fault) and syncing to my shopify store. Used the chat and was being assisted by Sherwin with in minutes. Very helpful, fixed my issued right away as well as took care of the extra account. He was very east to chat with and easy to understand. Thanks for the great service Sherwin!

Our company uses this app to sell our NA beer online. There have definitely been some bumps along the way getting it all worked out, but the support staff is awesome! Always able to fix our problems and very little wait time. Benielle helped me today and was able to address the issues, help me fix them, and get things back to normal quickly.
