Vincent made this issue a walk in the aprk! I have two stores, with slightly different issues, I had Vincent as my customer support. At first I was skeptical if any customer service would give you a solid solution but this is probably the first time someone actually understood my issue and solved it for both stores. Check my issue in the review before this. Thank you Vincent, you deserve reviews from both stores, especially since the issues were actually a somewhat different!

Seems like the most straightforward app for syncing Shopify to QBO. Had a few questions when setting things up, but got some clear and concise help from Troy. He helped me get everything set up and working well!

Vincent, the customer service rep was BEYOND excellent in setting up my QuickBooks Connector so that my Shopify accounts would sync into my Quickbooks. As a new small business owner using the various Quickbooks integrations, I really couldn't have done it without his support. We spent nearly two hours troubleshooting various issues to get my accounts set up the way they need to be. A timesaver. A lifesaver. Thank you Vincent, from the bottom of my heart.

Vincent helped me through the integration process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me set up the integration exactly how I wanted and was able to import transactions from a year ago. I wish I would have integrated a long time ago now that I see how much easier it will make my accounting process.

I did have some issues with the integration because of some duplicate skus on the Shopify end - which I wasn't aware of until of until I made the connection. Customer services was quick to respond and very helpful - thank you Troy

With some help from Vincent at OneSeas Support, we got this connector running smoothly and to Accrual Standard so all my reports come out right and Customer history is viewable from either app. Excellent product and great support! Just don't assume the default settings are good enough, dig in and ask questions! :)

We are using the Shopify / QBO integration to streamline recording online sales and expenditures. We did have some challenges initially getting operational - the online support team (Rafael) was quickly able to diagnose and resolve the issue.
