A little ocmplicated to understand the details of the set up, but guidance notes help. However, I had a sync issue and tried the online help. I was pleasantly surprised to be taken to a customer support agent immeidately, her name was Clarisse and within 10 minutes my propblem was solved and she waited to check that the sync worked, when I encountered another problem she fixed it straight away. Amazing service which I jsut wasn't expecting! Very happy!

It may seem a bit daunting at first but it works great. I had a complex issue to resolved and I worked with Dean via tech support chat. He was outstanding and helped me diagnose and resolve the issue plus helped me to optimize the settings even more.
