I contacted support to help me resolve issues with the integration of my Shopify data into QuickBooks online. Rominick walked me through the process, resolved all the issues and helped me complete the integration. Although it required multiple steps, he walked me through them. I am very satisfied with the service.

I uploaded this app to help me combine all my sales and payment fees from Shopify, I was having some trouble. Paul to the rescue. He helped me resolve my issue.

This app does exactly what it says is perfect for fixing inventory issues as well as automating the process of capturing a payment and creating an invoice. Rominick was great with helping me set up the process. Thank you Rominick!

I used the app to integrate two companies on Shopify to QuickBooks Online. I could not have done this without the expert help of Rafael in customer support. Once he helped with the integration, everything synced up perfectly. I needed help with an issue in uploading and received fast and accurate service. Thank you Sherwin I appreciate your help. Once again I needed help and received excellent service from OneSAAS - Paul. Thank you for helping! 5 star service. Having some unfamiliar problems today and want to thank David and Sherwin for their help! 5 stars guys!

This is a great free app and they have great customer service. Rominick was able to solve an issue we had. Then we had another problem and Nick was very helpful. This app has real people who can give you chat support immediately.

We were using other applications which one just doing payout basis. But we were trying to get an accurate result on an order basis. QuickBooks Connect is the best application that provides both ways, order basis, and payout basis. Sherwin help me to set up everything

Rominick was very helpful. I needed assistance syncing shopify inventory to Quickbooks. Patient and never rushed me through this process. I felt that I was able to think through steps and this was important to me. I appreciate the time.

The app comes in handy if you're using Quickbooks with Shopify. Setting it up is fairly easy and doesn't necessarily take customer support to assist. It may take a little time to figure out which Workflow's you need and don't need, but its flawless after achieving that. I did run into an issue where I wasn't receiving sync report emails. After some time passed, Ronnie was able to get me sorted out. I look forward to using this app for the foreseeable future.

The app helps you link between the activity in the store and QBO. They provide prompt and knowledgeable support, which is arguably one of the most important elements of a product. Paul has successfully solved my problems twice in a row in a very efficient manner.

This APP customer service is really great!!! Very prompt reply and solve all the issues with mins. I totally understand that errors and issues happen all the time cuz they were trying to sync data from different platforms. The way they are dealing with the issues, which I greatly appreciated!
