Great customer service. I was looking at videos trying to set the app up. Then Sherwin inboxed me. He was so detailed and efficient. What would have taken me hours to do, he helped me to complete in less than 10mins. He was very polite and patient with me. Providing screenshots and directions on how to complete the task. A little ocmplicated to understand the details of the set up, but guidance notes help. However, I had a sync issue and tried the online help. I was pleasantly surprised to be taken to a customer support agent immeidately, her name was Clarisse and within 10 minutes my propblem was solved and she waited to check that the sync worked, when I encountered another problem she fixed it straight away. Amazing service which I jsut wasn't expecting! Very happy!
