I've been using the connector for about a year now, there are some setup and configuration settings that you need to get right, otherwise there can be issues later on. I'm going over all of the 2021 transactions and because I didn't have some settings correct I had a lot of sync issues. I use d the live chat feature within the connector and got plenty of help setting everything up correctly. In particular, I had help from Benielle, who walked me through each step in the setup process, helped me sync everything to QBO, and waited patiently until everything was working properly. I couldn't have asked for better support.

I use the payout mode for each of my 4 stores. I setup a new sales channel in quickbooks to match the shopify store where my payout was coming from, that way I can keep track of which shopify payout matches each entry in quickbooks. Highly recommend using their chat system, they can access your quickbooks and help with configuration in real time. Vincent helped me A LOT, I saved SO MUCH TIME!!
