Francis was quick and very helpful with fixing an issue we had I have only been using this app for a short time, but it is so worth it!!! We have encountered a few issues with the setup and issues that have come up since. But don't worry because they have one of the best tech supports I have dealt with. This time Vincent helped me understand why an issue was happening and he helped explain why its happening and what to do if it does happen again.

Vincent helped me through the process patiently. I was not sure how to set up and link my sales record with QBO. Vincent helped me patiently. I was disconnected for a while.
