I'm just starting with the app, but if it's as good as the support service I'll be very happy. Rominick helped me through the set up and answered all my questions patiently, despite my cluelessness. Best support I've had from anywhere in a long time.

Seems fairly straight-forward to configure—even for a QuickBooks rookie! Ronnie provided quick support with a question that I had and got me all fixed up in less than 5 minutes!

Vincent, the customer service rep was BEYOND excellent in setting up my QuickBooks Connector so that my Shopify accounts would sync into my Quickbooks. As a new small business owner using the various Quickbooks integrations, I really couldn't have done it without his support. We spent nearly two hours troubleshooting various issues to get my accounts set up the way they need to be. A timesaver. A lifesaver. Thank you Vincent, from the bottom of my heart.

Vincent helped me through the integration process. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me set up the integration exactly how I wanted and was able to import transactions from a year ago. I wish I would have integrated a long time ago now that I see how much easier it will make my accounting process.
