We are really happy with the software, and even happier with the quick and thorough chat support. Dean was able to help identify a syncing issue and quickly provide step-by-step guidance to resolve.

I did have some issues with the integration because of some duplicate skus on the Shopify end - which I wasn't aware of until of until I made the connection. Customer services was quick to respond and very helpful - thank you Troy

With some help from Vincent at OneSeas Support, we got this connector running smoothly and to Accrual Standard so all my reports come out right and Customer history is viewable from either app. Excellent product and great support! Just don't assume the default settings are good enough, dig in and ask questions! :)

The customer service saved me. We had so many account errors because we didn't know how to map things. Customer support got us rolling quick! Vincent was my guy. He did awesome!

We are using the Shopify / QBO integration to streamline recording online sales and expenditures. We did have some challenges initially getting operational - the online support team (Rafael) was quickly able to diagnose and resolve the issue.

The app is brilliant and I cannot recommend the customer service team enough. I had some queries and Sherwin the agent I was dealing with could not have been more helpful. Solved all my problems and made the whole process so straight forward.

This App is very user-friendly and when I did have an issue Rominick helped me very quickly to resolve the issue 10/10!

There are a lot of apps that claim to do this job and I found this one after a prior one stopped working. It was very easy to configure and run. Works a treat. Only issue to be aware off. No bundle support but they are super clear on this. Rominick helped me with an issue recently and the speed and ease of support was fantastic. All in all a very happy customer.

I used this ap to integrate Shopify with QB. The tool is excellent and, SHERWIN, the CSR was very helpful. He was patient and explained the different steps to fix errors very clearly. Highly recommend.

Had a small sync error. Contacted chat and had it fixed in a few mins. Benielle was amazing and efficient; knew exactly what to do.

We had some sync issues and Rominick was there to help via chat. he resolved our issues and got things syncing nicely :)

I was sceptical about how the app would work based on a previous failed app by another vendor. Troy and Vincent were a huge help in easing my nerves and assisting with the installation.

We use this app to sync our Shopify store with Quickbooks for Bookkeeping. I've had a very difficult time getting the sync to happen, going back and forth between the two changing various information. Benielle (through chat support) immediately knew what to do and began working on getting the info to sync. We're talking hundreds of transactions. Can't thank her enough.
