Outstanding customer service. Struggled getting my configuration just right. Connected with Ronnie, and had it all figured out in no time.

App works great and customer service is awesome. I've had some sync issues but Sherwin solved my problem quickly.

We used the QBO Connector app to sync our Client's Shopify store with their QBO account. Ben assisted us where we had difficulty with syncing our transactions from Shopify. He was patient, helpful, professional. Thank you Ben.

It may seem a bit daunting at first but it works great. I had a complex issue to resolved and I worked with Dean via tech support chat. He was outstanding and helped me diagnose and resolve the issue plus helped me to optimize the settings even more.

Work very well! I had a hard time to set up with shopify at first as this is my first time in QBO but Sherwin was very helpful, now everything work flawlesly!

I ran into some sync errors but Clarisse was able to help me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and stayed with me until the issue was resolved. Thank you very much Clarisse!

I've been using the connector for about a year now, there are some setup and configuration settings that you need to get right, otherwise there can be issues later on. I'm going over all of the 2021 transactions and because I didn't have some settings correct I had a lot of sync issues. I use d the live chat feature within the connector and got plenty of help setting everything up correctly. In particular, I had help from Benielle, who walked me through each step in the setup process, helped me sync everything to QBO, and waited patiently until everything was working properly. I couldn't have asked for better support.

I use the payout mode for each of my 4 stores. I setup a new sales channel in quickbooks to match the shopify store where my payout was coming from, that way I can keep track of which shopify payout matches each entry in quickbooks. Highly recommend using their chat system, they can access your quickbooks and help with configuration in real time. Vincent helped me A LOT, I saved SO MUCH TIME!!

I'm new to the app however so far it appears to be very efficient and is functioning as advertised. Recently I encountered an issue more related to my learning curve and was fortunate to have Clarissa's assistance in resolving the issue.

Seems fairly straight-forward to configure—even for a QuickBooks rookie! Ronnie provided quick support with a question that I had and got me all fixed up in less than 5 minutes!
