We use this app to sync our Shopify store with Quickbooks for Bookkeeping. I've had a very difficult time getting the sync to happen, going back and forth between the two changing various information. Benielle (through chat support) immediately knew what to do and began working on getting the info to sync. We're talking hundreds of transactions. Can't thank her enough.

OMG, this app is absolute AMAZING and VINCENT has been the best tech support ever. I worked with Vincent with historical data. I was worried about pulling sales from 2021 to today and Vincent made it possible, he was an extraordinary help and helped me getting everything ready for sales tax purpose!!!! I recommend this app and if you are not sure on how to sync the data you can chat with the QB experts and the will help you get thru it. I use Shopify and Quickbooks online, both are amazing!!!

So far I have had an amazing experience with this app. I found out about it this morning because of some major issues with the old app I was using not syncing orders correctly. I had a bunch of questions an Rominick at their customer service helped guide me through the account mapping (which is quite simple but it was good to have a helping hand) and he helped me back-sync orders for the whole of last year (skipping any duplicates) so I have been able to import all the missing orders, saving me hours and hours of time. Thank you Rominick!

J'ai installée l'application et grâce au chat avec Rominick il m'a aidé a finaliser les erreurs d'intégration très facilement et rapidement. les ventes se sont bien synchronisé, à suivre pour le reste, mais j'ai l'impression que ca va me sauver beaucoup de temps.
