Best QB integration available! Support is also excellent, responsive and helpful! I asked a TON of questions, and Dean was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. My one complaint is that orders sync over at full price with discounts applied to a separate account in QB. I would love to have it sync at the discounted price (for each product) so that I can monitor gross margin by product in QB (showing the net price that the product sells for).

UPDATE 1/14 - David was very helpful this morning with our shipping issue. Support for the app is always fast and thorough. Thanks again! Sherwin was helpful as usual when I need questions answered. I've been on with support multiple times and each time they are courteous and quick.

I used this app for QBO integration from shopify - going from Desktop to QBO. During the process I worked with Dean and Lori - both of which were very helpful. The only additional thing I wish the app would sync is the charges from Shopify is the actual shipping cost and app fees charged by Shopify. I still have to manually enter in my shipping cost and cost for apps that Shopify bills me for.

Integration was easy. I contacted Paul at customer support with a few questions. He was patient and kind. He helped me sync correctly. His customer service was above and beyond, and I appreciate it immensely.

Paul was great to help me figure out an issue where we accidentally deleted some already synced transactions. He was able to resync everything and get us back up and running. Great customer service! The QuickBooks Connector app is so convenient and makes the bookkeeping run a lot smoother.

the support is amazing, i was putting of for so long setting up quick books because i thought it would be hard work, before i started i reached out to support and had the pleasure of dealing with Rom, an absolute credit to this company, he was very patient and stayed online until i was up and running, it was effortless. amazing service

Setup wasn't too difficult. I started getting one error and Rominick on the chat helped me get through it immediately. Everything seems to be working fine now and automates our accounting for Shopify orders and inventory.

I contacted support with a question at odd hours and was helped immediately by Ronnie. He quickly solved the problem and fixed it for me. I’ve had great support any time I’ve had any question. This continued on as I had another question. Sherman was very helpful and solved the issue quickly. I very much recommend this app.

It's a very detailed sync app with lots of options. But the real difference was the customer service team. Vincent helped me out on a chat for an hour. He was the only customer I was speaking to and got really fast replies and he was very knowledgeable. He saved my time from reading all the instructions:)

I just got setup with this app. I had a little trouble figuring out how to configure it and grab dates beyond the default setting, but David in customer service walked me through it and helped set me up. I'm excited to see how this integration will help me streamline my business!
