Francis was quick and very helpful with fixing an issue we had I have only been using this app for a short time, but it is so worth it!!! We have encountered a few issues with the setup and issues that have come up since. But don't worry because they have one of the best tech supports I have dealt with. This time Vincent helped me understand why an issue was happening and he helped explain why its happening and what to do if it does happen again.

Vincent helped me through the process patiently. I was not sure how to set up and link my sales record with QBO. Vincent helped me patiently. I was disconnected for a while. I was worried that I might have to wait again for customer service but I was able to reconnect with Vincent. Thank you for helping me to sort out my issue, thank you for your great customer service.

Ronnie was awesome at helping me figure out how to get my Shopify/Quickbooks integration started. He sent me instructions for how to do a CSV export/import for all of my old sales prior to enabling the automation workflows.

UPDATE 1/4/22: Rafael helped us with a follow-up issue and was extremely helpful. Thank you so much! Troy has been instrumental is resolving the issues we encountered after we went through the integration. I thought a workable solution might not be possible. I explained each issue to Troy and he handled the additional configurations from his end. There is one item I have to fix inside of Shopify, after which Troy told me to reach out and he could perform a refresh to finalize it. This worked out amazingly and in less than time than expected. Thanks again Troy!

The product can be complicated to set up, the guide assumes you know accounting really well so you may want to get your accountant to help you set it up. I just wish they had the option to have screen sharing because that would saved us a TON of time sharing screenshots. It would be nice now that Intuit bought OneSass because there are times when having a QBO expert available would have made troubleshooting issues easier. If you run into problems with data imported you may need to get Transaction Pro app add-on because that's the only way you will be able to do bulk deletes of data that's imported. The support you get really depends on who answers your chat request, but usually, it's good. If you get DEAN then you have it made! He is amazing! Probably one of the best support people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thanks Dean!!!

Karol is amazing and helped me figure out how to properly sync shopify and quickbooks. It was a little confused at first, but she asked the right questions to make sure it was properly set up.

Vincent helped me with the integration. There were some errors that came up but he helped troubleshoot and resolve the issues. It is working! The real time support was very helpful. Vincent on their integration team was friendly and knowledgable.
