Updated 9/13/2023 - I have been trying to have a problem with syncing addressed for a little over a year. I have tried to get help, and no one has been able to get anywhere. Sherwin hit me up today when I was performing a manual sync and offered to fix the issue. OUTSTANDING customer service! I am merging Shopify and QBO. Some of the directions weren't as easy to use as I thought. Once I talked to Sherwin, every was crystal clear. Nothing beats great customer service.

This app has helped with the integration of QB and Shopify and saved the time of manually inputting invoices. There are some steps that need to be taken to ensure the merging is all done properly but they have a great support team that walks you through whatever you need help with. Rominick was a great help to getting me through the issues I was faced with.

I contacted support to help me resolve issues with the integration of my Shopify data into QuickBooks online. Rominick walked me through the process, resolved all the issues and helped me complete the integration. Although it required multiple steps, he walked me through them. I am very satisfied with the service.

This app does exactly what it says is perfect for fixing inventory issues as well as automating the process of capturing a payment and creating an invoice. Rominick was great with helping me set up the process. Thank you Rominick!

I used the app to integrate two companies on Shopify to QuickBooks Online. I could not have done this without the expert help of Rafael in customer support. Once he helped with the integration, everything synced up perfectly. I needed help with an issue in uploading and received fast and accurate service. Thank you Sherwin I appreciate your help. This is a great free app and they have great customer service. Rominick was able to solve an issue we had. Then we had another problem and Nick was very helpful. This app has real people who can give you chat support immediately.

We were using other applications which one just doing payout basis. But we were trying to get an accurate result on an order basis. QuickBooks Connect is the best application that provides both ways, order basis, and payout basis. Sherwin help me to set up everything
