So far so good. Still need to test integration when site is live. Sherwin provided good support on chat. Thank you 1/18/2024 Had a problem with Shopify not syncing transactions with Quickbooks Online. Karol was on the chat instantly, and was a fantastic help, and fixed the problem within minutes. She also answered some other questions we had. Great Job Karol !!

Lori is the best. Our account was not linking correctly to QBO. With minimal hassle and maximum benefit, she adjusted the settings know we are up and running better than ever! Thank you, Our Shopify acct was not scyning to QB and you were able to help fix this as well as download the orders missing.

We switched after have problems with other apps. The interface has been great but it would be helpful to have more detailed information for setting up. However, when I connected for help Sherwin was great at pinpointing the issue and making sure the fix was successful.

Vincent was amazing! QuickBooks/OneSaas typically only syncs one month of transactions and I really wanted to go back to January 1st. Somehow he worked some magic and now I have all of my transactions in Quickbooks! He saved me hours and hours of manual entries and the headache of doing so, not to mention he was happy to do it! I can't thank him enough and I know come tax time it will make all the difference!

Did our first sync over the weekend and had a few errors. This morning Rominick from Onesaas online support walk me through each error and fixed it easily. Now all my invoices are syncing flawlessly! Thank you to Onesaas and the support team at Onesaas which has been very professional, fast and easy to work with. This app saved us time and money, more small business owners should know about it. Update 2025- Just updated to the new updated QB Online Global connector app. Since Shopify was not supporting the old Saas app. Francis walked me through the integration process easily and we got both stores syncing in no time.

App has some quirks, but it's a really great thing the support is outstanding, quick, and knowledgeable to get you through them. Vincent is radically different (read: EFFECTIVE) from the typical Quickbooks Desktop + Online support I've had to deal with for decades, and saved my team literally hours of trying to figure out some duplicate customer/invoice sync issues. He not only solved the sync issues, but singlehandedly transformed my admittedly negative view of QB Support--enough for me to write a glowing review a 1:00 AM. Kudos to the OneSaas team, and hat's off to Vincent.
