The app helps you link between the activity in the store and QBO. They provide prompt and knowledgeable support, which is arguably one of the most important elements of a product. Paul has successfully solved my problems twice in a row in a very efficient manner.

This APP customer service is really great!!! Very prompt reply and solve all the issues with mins. I totally understand that errors and issues happen all the time cuz they were trying to sync data from different platforms. The way they are dealing with the issues, which I greatly appreciated! Francis was quick and very helpful with fixing an issue we had I have only been using this app for a short time, but it is so worth it!!! We have encountered a few issues with the setup and issues that have come up since. But don't worry because they have one of the best tech supports I have dealt with. This time Vincent helped me understand why an issue was happening and he helped explain why its happening and what to do if it does happen again.
