This app has been a great help to our wholesale website, and I have now added it for our retail site, with which, today, I was was ably assisted by Rafael, who was very patient, answered all my questions and resolved my issues. I do have one suggestion: please consider adding phone to your help options, especially with some screen sharing capability. It would save lots of time for all of us. Especially for those of us not thoroughly familiar with all the terminology, and hands-on visual and visible approach would go a long way.

Quickbooks can be a scary app to understand, but the customer service is great! Especially with the help from Dean! No matter how many questions I asked or how silly it sounded, he was very patient and super helpful!

This app has been great, but an app is only as good as the support staff running it. I had an invoice issue that I was doubtful could be resolved - but Paul was able to work with me for a solid hour resolving my issue.

We love the Quickbook Connector (previously called OneSaas) app the best to connect Shopify sales with an accounting software. That was why we had no choice by to quit Xero and moved to Quickbook Online to keep working with OneSaas. The sync is 98% foolproof. Some that we had issues with were caused by us editing the transactions retrospectively. No double sync. Fees are properly recorded. Great help from Ronnie today in helping us sync older transactions.

Love the integration, which saves me a ton of time and I was happy to learn it was free now with QBO. Support is also top notch: I had 3 questions and received a great response within the hour from Ronnie who help me sort out everything. Highly recommend!

This app is an amazing application. When the syncing with QuickBooks needs a little tweak, Sherwin with customer support is VERY efficient at correcting the errors. He is also pleasure to work with and extremely fast. I highly recommend this application.
