This app is saving me so much time, and the online chat help is actually helpful. We had some issues with our QuickBooks integrations, but learned of this app. It's been a great change and while the configuration is a bit more specific compared to other solutions, it is worth it. Their support is very helpful as well! While testing a sync and then deleting my results inside QuickBooks (since the prefix was not what we wanted), I was unable to re-sync the order. I reached out via their online chat and Rafael was able to help me quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend!
Been waiting for this app for a while. Now it is here and works a treat. Does what it says and with the help of Troy was able to quickly refine the configuration to iron out a few synch issues (not the app just the way I set up management of inventory). Really looking forward to saving lots of time.
On first connecting the app, i had error messages. I contacted support and Clarisse helped really quickly with my sync errors. Brilliant, efficient service

I recently purchased a business and had historical Shopify data to sync with QuickBooks Online. Troy was extremely helpful (and fast!) at getting this all updated for me. I'm honestly very surprised given I attempted this at 10:30pm a night. Wasn't expecting a quick chat bot to actually be helpful :) Saved me a huge headache. Thanks, Troy!
I use this app to link my Shopify store with QuickBooks Online (QBO). It works great. I do not have to enter in any information and it creates Sales Receipt or invoice in QBO. It really helps with making sure the customer information and products ordered are correct. There is no double entries as it creates a new customer if there is not one already with the same name. If I create a new product in Shopify it automatically creates a new product in QBO. I did have one issue with it syncing and the tech Sherwin was very helpful and took care of the issue right away. If I had any complaints, it would be that it has to sync with the Name of the customer and not the company or email address. You also can not change the name from FIRST LAST to LAST, FIRST. by doing so creates a new customer. You can not change the Display name in QBO. I do not say this is an issue with the app just an issue with the workflow from Shopify and QBO.
Rafael was great with helping me set up the integration. Now lets see how well the app works for the future xD
I've had some issues with getting pending orders to sync and other syncing errors, but reached out to support and Sherwin was able to help me troubleshoot the issue quickly. Thanks for the good support.
Best customer service ever, Ronnie is an expert he is really helpful and spent a lot of time making sure we was ok with the app settings.
Sherwin was very helpful! I had an issue with duplicate invoices and after adding a prefix they still didn't go through. Sherwin made some adjustments and was able to get them all loaded! Saved me so much time! Thanks again!
