Did our first sync over the weekend and had a few errors. This morning Rominick from Onesaas online support walk me through each error and fixed it easily. Now all my invoices are syncing flawlessly! Thank you to Onesaas and the support team at Onesaas which has been very professional, fast and easy to work with. This app saved us time and money, more small business owners should know about it. Update 2025- Just updated to the new updated QB Online Global connector app. Since Shopify was not supporting the old Saas app. Francis walked me through the integration process easily and we got both stores syncing in no time.

App has some quirks, but it's a really great thing the support is outstanding, quick, and knowledgeable to get you through them. Vincent is radically different (read: EFFECTIVE) from the typical Quickbooks Desktop + Online support I've had to deal with for decades, and saved my team literally hours of trying to figure out some duplicate customer/invoice sync issues. He not only solved the sync issues, but singlehandedly transformed my admittedly negative view of QB Support--enough for me to write a glowing review a 1:00 AM. Kudos to the OneSaas team, and hat's off to Vincent.

It's my first day to use it and we're all set up already. Vincent (Chat support) is awesome too and was very knowledgeable of the system!!! Makes everything so much easier to do.

Dean helped me connect my Shopify to QBO, I am new to this and things can be a little confusing. Dean is being very helpful, friendly, and patient, he helped me with importing past sale data from Shopify. Very happy with the online chat service.

I would like to recognize Paul (OneSAAS). I needed help with the Sync of Shopify and QuickBooks. Paul spent the necessary time with me with all the patience, expertise, kindness and friendliness until all my issues were solved and my store was completely linked to QuickBooks. I can not translate into words the peace of mind and the value of Paul's work. He is an AMAZING asset to this Company. I have only used this app for a month so far but it works well and I like the customer service. Worked with Clarisse to solve a problem (due to my misunderstanding!) and it was fast and very helpful.
