Rominick was super helpful, and they concisely informed me how to resolve the issue I was having. Great support. Also, the ongoing support I've had by the team such as Ronnie has been fantastic, quick to resolve any issues and done with a smile :D

Super easy to connect your shopify store to quickbooks. Sherwin helped me with a simple issue and did so really fast. He also answered a few questions I had. I know now that for any issues that come up in the future I will be able to count on the customer service.

Love this app, saves me so much time, sends me an email to let me know if there are any issues with the sync, and if your not sure how to fix it there is always someone available on the online chat to help. Clarisse has helped me out a few times now and has always sorted the issues and explained how to avoid future issues. Been chatting to David on the Customer Service desk today to help explain an issue with the rounding, he was very helpful and turns out I was worrying over nothing! But then whilst he was checking this he noticed a potential mapping error and fixed it for me before it became an issue. Great service especially for a free app!

I needed to sync my Shopify with QB Online and it has a lot of issues. Troy was amazing and patients in helping me synch thousands of products and orders.

What a brilliant app! We moved to QuickBooks from our old, offline accounting software because of this app. Saves hours upon hours that would have been otherwise wasted in manually entering Shopify orders in our accounting software. And the customer support is exceptional! Someone always replies to chat in less than a minute! We were facing a problem with the integration because of some differences in the Indian version of QuickBooks and they fixed it so quickly! The entire support team is brilliant but special thanks to Clarisse and Sherwin for helping out with our issues. Can't believe this a 100% free app!
