Sherwin, Rafael and Jasmin did an amazing job in fixing the issues we were getting when syncing Shopify with Quickbooks. Great job and they were quick to respond too! Nick has done a fantastic job in helping resolve our issues too!

NEW REVIEW: Just had RONNIE helping me with more inventory syncing problems. Hopefully they will be for sure fixed now! Ronnie was great in walking me through things and fixing on QBO integration end. Knowledgeable, speedy and effective. So very grateful!!!! NEW REVIEW from recent issues: Had an ongoing problem(s). The latest with inventory syncing problems were fixed QUICKLY by RAFAEL. Hours I could've saved by coming first to him. Thank you so so so much! My review is about the support not the app....yet! Troy answered my questions efficiently, kindly - and to my great satisfaction! I appreciated his ready responses and the information links he sent, his encouragement in what was ahead for using this app and integration with my store, and the assurance that help was always at hand (during the week! :) ). I'm excited to get this linked with my store and the streamlining it will allow for my complicated life.

I just downloaded it so I cannot say much yet about the app, but I will say that their service has been very good and quick. Troy was super helpful late at night, and got my questions answered very quickly!

Paul & Hazel were EXTREMELY helpful! They were quick to respond and helped manually import a few months of previous payouts. Our QBO is now showing our top line Shopify sales which is a big help! Definitely recommend this app and their customer support.

I was freaking out after noticing an order number issue with syncing and couldnt get the already failed items to sync no matter what i did. Troy told me exactly what settings to look at in shopify and QB, and then made sure everything went through on his end. I should have just gone to support instead of putzing around on google for an hour first!

I was terrified of the idea of spending hours on a chat and not get anywhere with my problem. Sherwin was AMAZING !! in 10 minutes the problem was resolved without 1000 of useless questions you always get in these chats.

Excellent customer service - Paul was very helpful in getting me set up. I was warned that importing historical data might be a challenge, but he was able to help me do so with no issues. I've just installed the app and am very happy thus far!

I set up this app and it worked since the beginning. Then when we launched our online store on Shopify I had some glitched for with I had to contact their customer support. I was blown away by their capabilities and quickness in resolving the issues. Troy and Paul were fantastic!!! Now everything work just perfect. Thank you!

Super helpful app that takes the grind out of setting up invoices in quickbooks by importing the data direct from the orders in Shopify and processing the payment on them too... PAUL was a legend in helping me..super helpful in getting set up very friendly and took all the time I needed to get things right..... Very knowledgable and I'm super happy so far.....
