Amazing customer service! Sherwin answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and very knowledgeable with helping me with updating our integration. So seamless and easy to make changes! I’ve been using this app for a while and I’m really impressed. The synchronization works incredibly well, it’s almost instant. Whenever there’s an error, the app makes it very easy to identify and fix it. I also had an excellent support experience with Sherwin. He helped me realize that some of my transactions hadn’t been recorded because they were marked as unpaid a long time ago. Thanks to his guidance, everything is now fully resolved. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of the service. Great app, great support, and highly recommended. Thank you, Sherwin!

Sherwin was very helpful and patient. Integration and sycronizatoin has not been easy, but they responded quickly and immediately escalated the issue to their development team.
