Converting from one web host to another is difficult enough! Fortunately, Rafael made syncing my new data to QBO seamless and kept my historical data untouched! Love when something that looks like it will take a long time is complete and perfect in a few minutes. Thank you Rafael for taking such great care of us!

I just subscribed to Quickbooks and decided to try this free app. I was having some issues syncing my orders. Vince from customer support was able to help me get the data I needed. He was extremely helpful. I loved how quick he was able to resolve my issue.

The app works pretty well, but does have errors here and there. However, the best part is the customer service chat. Everyone who has helped me is quick and always resolves the issue. Most recently, I spoke with Dean. I can't say enough about the knowledge and professionalism of the customer support here.

The flexibility the app provides when setting it up is outstanding. Additionally, as I had some doubts on how to finalize some choices, I reached out to customer service and was more than pleased. Troy provided excellent customer support. He demonstrated repeatedly a deep technical understanding of complicated and specific issues and quickly identified and implemented solutions. All while exhibiting a very positive experience. Every time I contact support the issue is handled with professionalism and expertise.
