Still on my 7 day trial period but had issues syncing my data. Was able to connect with Dean via chat instantly without any wait time. He dug around to figure out what was the issue. Turns out it the issue was on Quickbooks' end. Dean walked me through how to change some settings on Quickbooks and my issue was resolved! Will likely switch over to paid plan. Very much appreciate the instant support, which is hard to find nowadays, I find.

I have been using this app to transfer my orders and items from Shopify to Quickbooks Online, the app is working great and saves me a lot of time. Customer service is excellent, professional, quick and very helpful. I have been given help from Hazel and Paul, both are great. Thank you

I started my free trial yesterday. I was worried about the implentation being done correctly but everytime I have logged in it has been super quick for a response and help on the resolution. Their support has been amazing and very helpful and I haven't even past my free trial yet. Dean, Marck, and Ronnie have been most helpful and I believe we will be upgrading to the full version soon.

This company is amazing! My QBO was all messed up due to another app sending data into my system. Troy and Sherman were amazing. They walked me through the issues. were very patient with me and got my system resynced. QBO is now clean and matches up perfectly with my shopify reports. And I learned a bunch about accounting as well. Would 100% recommend this company!

I was really having some issues getting my inventory to sync properly. I contacted support via email and BOOM here comes Ronnie to the rescue! I am up and running now! I love this app! I highly recommend it!

The integration is great, very customizable! Any field you can think of is mostly covered. The support team alone deserve all the praise though. Dean, Vince, Ronnie you guys are the best!!! Many a late night of stress have been solved by these chaps. Honestly just get this integration above all others, their support team will always sort you out no matter what! 20/10

Sync issues resolved in minutes. Lori is the best! Her knowledge of the program is excellent and offered some great suggestions for the future. Also, worked with David today. Great help. This app really works well.

I am using the app to sync my orders/sales receipts from Shopify to Quickbooks Online and all the fees. I contacted OneSaas to help me sync and Karol was super helpful. She made it very nice to work with OneSaas and made me very happy.

I've been using OneSaas for one of our Shopify stores, and wanted to get it set up on the other store. Troy was extremely helpful in setting it up and getting all of our settings correct. I'm very happy with OneSaas, as it saves me an immense amount of time.

We just added this app to our Shopify store and so far we are very happy. Rafael helped us solve a minor issue we had with the Sync and now we are up and running.
