Thanks Sherwin for the very fast answer to my fee import question. It helped to clarify the app capability. This app save me a lot of manual input time. It is a game changer

I was terrified of the idea of spending hours on a chat and not get anywhere with my problem. Sherwin was AMAZING !! in 10 minutes the problem was resolved without 1000 of useless questions you always get in these chats.

Sherwin was very helpful trouble shooting some sync issues we had with shopify and QBO. Thanks to his help we were able to get our stuff syncing correctly. Today we reached out to support and Rhica was able to answer my questions quickly. Thanks!

I set up this app and it worked since the beginning. Then when we launched our online store on Shopify I had some glitched for with I had to contact their customer support. Super helpful app that takes the grind out of setting up invoices in quickbooks by importing the data direct from the orders in Shopify and processing the payment on them too... PAUL was a legend in helping me..super helpful in getting set up very friendly and took all the time I needed to get things right..... Very knowledgable and I'm super happy so far.....

I was previously using quickbooks by bold to import my orders and inventory into QBO and then I came across OneSaas. This app allows more control of how orders are imported and their customer services is great. Karol was absolutely amazing! She walked me through the set up process and answered all of my questions. I needed help configuring this app to my QBO and Ronnie was immediately responsive and took care of the problem....He was clear, concise and helpful. I've found OneSaas to be responsive and easy to use. I also have used it to sync with Squarespace.
