QuickBooks Online

I love the app and everyone has been so helpful with any questions or problems. Dean helped me today straighten out a product I messed up by changing to inventory. Paul was awesome on another call!

I just subscribed to Quickbooks and decided to try this free app. I was having some issues syncing my orders. Vince from customer support was able to help me get the data I needed. He was extremely helpful. I loved how quick he was able to resolve my issue.

Love the app, but the customer support is what seals the deal! Ronnie has been amazing as well as others over a few setup issues we've had. All solved now thanks to them!

The app works pretty well, but does have errors here and there. However, the best part is the customer service chat. Everyone who has helped me is quick and always resolves the issue. The flexibility the app provides when setting it up is outstanding. Additionally, as I had some doubts on how to finalize some choices, I reached out to customer service and was more than pleased. Karol really made it as easy as possible to navigate the options as she was reactive, knowledgeable and personable.

Troy provided excellent customer support. He demonstrated repeatedly a deep technical understanding of complicated and specific issues and quickly identified and implemented solutions. It is frustrated to have issues to sync my sale receipts into QBO. However, the support team is so awsome and helped me get problem solved in no time. Troy offered great support to me and explain what happened behind the screen. Love this app

So far this app is exactly what I needed! Karol has been so helpful with fixing a few issues with products duplicating in my inventory, but it was a simple fix! FYI, enter inventory into Shopify 1st and you won't have these issues! :) Thank you Karol for being so fast, patient, and kind!

I was unsure and didn't think any app would be able to export Shopify orders into my Quickbooks Online account, but this app made that possible with very low effort. I recently had to disconnect and connect the app to a new Quickbooks Online account and everything worked as expected. This app has saved me a lot of time and for the most part has a lot of features that provide flexibility on what orders you want to import automatically. Karol on the support team was very helpful as well and made my transition seamless.
