Wonderful experience. Not only is the app very intelligent the customer service is even better. They're always there to help with fast and knowledgable service to resolve issues on the spot. I've reached out several times and always to friendly service. Most recently, Karol and Ronnie have been a fantastic help. Thank you!

7/1/21 - Had another issue (Self created) again.... Worked with Dean and man, I tell you what, these guys are AMAZING. Super quick response time got right to the issue and helped me with a fix. What an amazing team, thank you for making it so painless!!!! I am using this app to integrate my existing QBO system to my new shopify store. Had some hurdles (self created) that I needed some assistance with. I used the chat support in the app and spoke to Rafael. He was more than accommodating, and helped me understand the process that I had to go through to get things to work correctly. Very helpful! Good support and customer service is most important to me when I am having issues. OneSaas has been there to help.

There were aspects of my integration that I didn't understand until after. Some of it had to be undone and redone. Karol efficiently and patiently cleaned up my mess and set things right. An ideal support experience!!

UPDATE: needed support after a long time, chatted with Karol. Once again, excellent and quick service. Highly recommend this app. Special thanks to Karol. PREVIOUS REVIEW: So far, excellent app and excellent support. Had Troy on the chat with me today and he took care of my issues in a quick and effective manner. I hope it stays like that in the long run.

I have had this app controlling the integration from my Store to my accounting software for some time now, since the old version. I have just now updated to the new version and am even happier. With great support from Ronnie on the help chat. Ronnie really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right with what i needed and make it pain free. Defiantly recommend this app!

We just downloaded this App but so far it seems like a good decision! The support chat feature is especially helpful. I chatted with Ronnie today and they were patient, nice, clear and resolved my issues and answered my questions. I would highly recommend reading the integration guides [Shopify and Accounting Integration Guide (When starting from the Shopify App Store)] before completing the integration!

So far this is the best QBO/Shopify integration i have found. 5 stars for service (Hazel is great!) 5 stars for level of customization too!
