I just started with this app. Hazel in customer support was a HUGE Help. It takes a little while to figure out what accounts go where; But so far it seems to be working great. I would suggest having an accountant set everything up for you but if you can't, at least support is willing to do all they can to help you.

Hazel was very helpful in providing all the information to get our connections up and running successfully. This app is perfect for syncing orders between multiple Shopify stores and QB Online.

Super helpful! Marck was a star on support chat after our account disconnected. He got us up and running in a few minutes then stayed online to make sure the sync worked and our Shopify orders transferred to QBO. After that he migrated us seamlessly to the latest version of their app.

I use this app to help me connect my Shopify site with QuickBooks Online. I would like more ability to make more specific options on the website, as it's rather basic, but it does work. Mostly I wanted to compliment the excellent customer service I was given by Troy ([email protected]). He was patient, kind, and stucjk with me until my problem was solved.

UPDATE 6/3/2020: This app continues to have outstanding support. Sherwin helped me troubleshoot my issues and was very patient. Really happy with this app and their commitment to ensure it works. Does everything it says it does, and it comes with amazing support. Marck was great at helping me set up the app to make sure everything was integrated properly, and answered my bajillion questions with ease and patience. The best support I've had so far on Shopify's app platform.

I use this app to sync my orders to QBO and it works really well. When I have a question or issue, the customer service can always help. I've worked with Rafael, Hazel and Johnny and they were great!

App works very well and is very straightforward to operate. We tried for a period of time but due to a change in our accounting system we had to cancel it but would definitely go back to it were we make changes to the accounting package which will enable us to integrate this app.

Very intuitive set up and it has been running for several months with very few issues and minimal maintenance. Used to link a Magento and a Shopify site to Xero accounting system. Definitely recommend for ease of use.

Johnny from OneSaas is fantastic when you need a hand sorting things out with the configuration. I use OneSaas to connect to my fulfilment warehouse, and the only limitations at the moment have more to do with Shopify than OneSaas (i.e. being able to filter orders by location). Otherwise very happy with the app and the service provided by the OneSaas team.

Saves so much time every week. Support is great. We use MYOB if you could import shopify merchant fees to a different location would make the process easier. Would give 10 stars if they could handle returns/refunds. at the moment we need to do it manually.

The support from Johnny at One Saas has been nothing short of amazing. Very quick to reply to my numerous questions while getting 3 Shopify sites all hooked up to one accounting system. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was explained clearly so that we knew what we could and could not do and why. First class support. The app is working well for us too, syncing all our inventory across all sites every hour to avoid the embarrassing 'sorry we've already sold it elsewhere'.
