We needed some assistance with the integration and Jenny was a huge support! She was super patient and walked us through the process. These automations will help save countless manual hours!

Works great! Had one issue which was my own fault but Chelle help with tech support and was easy to deal with.

I was having difficulty getting my information to flow from Shopify to Quickbooks with the recent changes to the app. Sherwin helped me and did a wonderful job! He made it easy to fix and explained everything well. It was very appreciated!

Jii was very helpful and replied quickly, assuring me that there isn't actually a need to switch to the new app (which isn't ready) and it's ok to stay on the legacy app for now whilst they continue to work on it. Legacy app still seems to sync for me so I'll sit tight for now. Jasmin has also been very helpful recently in further troubleshooting issues with the shopify app
