As of Jan 26 2026 this app is completely broken and useless. They forced an upgrade from a fully working solution to a solution that does not work AT ALL! Support useless - Total support suggestion was try a different browser or clear your cache. Are you kidding me?? Why are you BETA testing an app on all your customers? I like the new system and full integration with QBO UI but its just not ready. What are we suppose to do, Go pay for a 3rd party for 6 months till you fix it? Really whats the solution?
Hi there, sorry for the issues you are facing with our integration app. We have escalated this urgently with our engineers and your email continues to be flagged for further updates. If any questions please get back in touch with us via [email protected].
UPDATE 02/16/2026: Almost 3 weeks since the new app launched and its still a pile of garbage! Not all sales receipts are syncing, new customers are STILL syncing as 'NEW SHOPIFY CUSTOMER" instead of the specific customer's details, so we manually need to add. Tax codes are STILL not working correctly, amounts are syncing EX VAT!! Wow!!Shoudn't you know that all UK sales include VAT??? So we have to manually change each line item to INC VAT. Sales receipts depositing to wrong account, we have to manually change that too. And if there is a shipping cost then kiss goodbye to even a partial buggy sync, you'll have to create sales receipts from scratch as the app asks you to put a tax code for shipping, but there's no place to put it. It was a steaming pile of garbage 3 weeks ago, and it still is a steaming pile of garbage today. Shame on Quickbooks for this tripe - they have the audacity to increase their subscription fees year after year after year and then they have the audacity to release a non-functioning app, adding HOURS to manual work daily for small businesses like ours who REFUSE to pay for a 3rd party app when Quickbooks are already taking extortionate monthly fees. UPDATE 01/27/2026: The app is still non-functional 4 days after the forced transition. We have dozens of mismatched receipts and we still can't add any downloaded receipts to the books, even after painstakingly matching the products manually, because tax codes are non-functional! The new app which will be mandatory for all Shopify users from 27th January 2026 is BARELY FUNCTIONAL. Issues: 1. New customers are not automatically created in Quickbooks. You have to manually check a box to add the customer in Quickbooks, otherwise Quickbooks just creates a generic customer called 'Shopify Customer'. This extra manual work is time lost on other essential tasks. 2. Products are NOT matched correctly between Shopify orders and their associating Quickbooks sales receipts. For example, a black sweatshirt on a shopify order matches to a petrol small t-shirt on the the Quickbooks sales receipt (!!). This means you have to manually change each product line item on each sales receipt to make sure everything matches. Needless to say this is a HUGE waste of time if you have dozens (or more) daily transactions and multiple product orders (pretty much every e-commerce store). Advice to all users that have to transition to the new app: Do NOT select 'automatically add transactions to quickbooks' in the initlal setup screen, or you'll end up with a whole lot of mismatched sales receipts and customers in your books that could take hours to clean up. The question must be asked, how on earth has Quickbooks launched a barely functional app, when the old one worked pretty much perfectly? Congratulations Quickbooks on dumping a perfectly working app for a garbage one that doesn't offer the most basic of features.
Hi there, thank you for the feedback and sorry for the experience. Our team is taking this on board to discuss further how we can improve the overall settings. If you have any further questions please get in touch via [email protected].
Jebran was very helpful and patient, but the issue is with the new version of the app which is missing significant features from the old version. This means Connector is of no value to me as it will not create Sales Receipts in QuickBooks and gives no warning or ability to initiate a re-sync. They should not have forced users to migrate to the new app until it at least replicated the functionality of the old app, hence the 1 star review, no reflection on the agent Jebran.
Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Our engineers are working on fixing the issue you have reported and your email continues to be flagged to be notified as soon as we have an update. If any other questions, please reach out to [email protected].
As of January 21, 2026 the app doesn't work, and there is no support available. When you try connecting it to Shopify it says: Something went wrong. Try again later. I contacted support 24 hours ago, and there is no any kind of reply. Looking at 1-star reviews, most of them are from the last few months. It looks like the app currently is unusable, with no support. I wish a reputable company like Intuit would provide better support for such a BASIC piece of functionality to their Quickbooks clients.
Hi there, sorry for the delay in replying to your message to us 24 hours ago. We have asked our integration experts to reach out to you directly. If you have further questions please don't hesitate to get in touch via [email protected].
AVOID! This APP is having connection issues and the development team has been unable to get it corrected since Christmas. It worked flawlessly until mid December and after a Shopify update...this app has not worked as originally installed this summer. They have been working on it for 3 weeks now, still no solution. AVOID until further notice....seriously. We are installing a different APP until they get this corrected. Anvil Brand

After using the app for approximately three hours, we were charged for a full month. When we requested a refund, customer support was extremely slow to respond, and after nearly an hour of waiting, our request for a refund of the trial period was declined.

We recently installed this for our main store. Tech support started really well, but we soon hit the limits of their or their Bot's capabilities. We, like many stores, have D2C, B2B, and POS customers. The app is not capable of handling all three. You have to choose one which totally messes up your accounting. In today's world, how many stores operate on a single channel? We have tried to escalate the issue and have been given the runaround for two weeks now.
1 Star – Massive Step Backwards from OneSaaS I’ve been using the QuickBooks Shopify integration since 2020 (previously via OneSaaS), and up until recently it worked reliably and did exactly what it needed to do. Unfortunately, since QuickBooks deprecated the OneSaaS connector and replaced it with their new native Shopify app, the system has become completely unfit for purpose. The new connector is a significant downgrade: Products are not mapping correctly VAT rates are inconsistent or incorrectly applied Payment methods aren’t assigned properly Customer data is no longer linked (everything is posted under a generic “Shopify customer”) Hundreds of transactions are left sitting in the integration queue requiring manual review This completely defeats the purpose of automation and has created a huge amount of unnecessary admin, not to mention confusion for both our bookkeeper and accountants. The most frustrating part is that the previous OneSaaS system worked perfectly well. There was no need to replace it with something far less capable. As a result, we’ve now been forced to move to a £50/month third-party integration just to restore functionality that previously worked flawlessly for free. That’s incredibly disappointing. There are clearly widespread issues with this new connector, with many other users reporting the same problems online. Please bring back the OneSaaS integration, or significantly improve the current app — because in its current state, it’s simply not fit for purpose.
I really don't want to give this, as the team themselves are really great and support is generally really good, but the inventory sync is set up wrong. You should be setting on_hand not available as per the shopify documentation (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/inventory/fundamentals/inventory-states) https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-graphql/latest/mutations/inventorySetQuantities
I want to second the one star reviews of the past few weeks. The new app is non-functional for our business. Our product mapping primary key between Shopify and QBO was the SKU number, but the new app no longer has this feature. Now we have to manually review each Shopify transaction and add the correct product and the correct class. It's not worth spending that much time. I would love to move back to the old integration app. UPDATE: After working with Jiji, she was able to reactivate the OneSaas integration platform again. I still need to do some work to reenable it, but I appreciate her help a lot through this.
This app functioned well for a while, but then I found some of the amounts from sales being pushed to Quickbooks were wrong, and customer service was useless in trying to help me troubleshoot the problem, so I had to spend hours fixing these issues manually. Then, they sent me an email to say I need to update the app within a week (definitely not enough time to give your customers to take action) or sales would no longer be synced. When I contacted customer service to ask specific questions about the update, they were not able to answer them (thanks for only giving us a week to update!) and said I can ignore the email that said action was necessary. I honestly don't know what's happening with this app, but the service has definitely gotten worse over the years and it's just non-stop conflicting information. Better off just going with other accounting software if you're just getting started.
Wasted about 4 hours trying to get QuickBooks Online to work with Shopify. Had an in induction call where they couldn't actually help me set it up. Utterly useless.

Fantastic customer support from Rom that solved all my problems with the app. It would have been impossible without him. Great app! UPDATE: they updated the app as January 2025 and nothing is working anymore. I have been waiting for an update from their customer service for 3 weeks and they keep telling me the developers are working on it. Terrible app and customer service
This app used to be great but does not evolve with technology. I have been using this app for 4 years now with constant promises from the developers for app fixes and improvements, to absolutely no avail. Really disappointed in it, especially because I have to find another connector app that will support our business now due to this app's limitations.
There was a discrepancy between sales showing in Shopify and Quick Books of $13,000. I spent 4 hours talking to employee names Francis and even though he did his best to find a discrepancy, he couldn't. I requested the escalation, and am currently waiting to hear back. I expected more from this app. Discrepancies of this size are not acceptable.
Initial support was great, but once we encountered an area that required real technical support, they fell short. No one took ownership of the problem, and we went round and round in circles with no resolution. They lack a methodology for escalating issues. Therefore, if you have both D2C and B2B customers, their syncing tool cannot differentiate between them and place them in the correct accounts in QuickBooks.
Horrible! If you use bundles-your inventory between Shopify and Quickbooks will NOT update. Spoke at length with the tech team and they state that they do not have this feature yet. Ridiculous. This is a multi-billion dollar company and they don't even write the software to support users with bundled goods with inventory that is sold via Shopify. Not even worth 1 star. Means have to continuously manually update inventory in QB for accurate info and tax reporting.
Doesn't work for Shopify stores accepting multiple currencies via Shopify Payments, the integration wants to charge fees in the wrong currency. Response from Onesaas was we should look elsewhere, no hope of it being fixed. I wrongly assumed an app supported directly by Intuit would at least work on a basic level. But just like their eBay integration, this Shopify integration has some fundamental flaws.
WARNING - The "sync" wiped out the entire shopify inventory, even though there were no products in QBO. This is the worst app i have encountered for shopify, there should be no update to shopify inventory is QBO has nothing!!
I tried to integrate Shopify with QuickBooks, sadly it changes all my Shopify inventory and I had to manually check all items in stock and recorrect the quantities.
Hi Royalclub, thank you for trying out our app and sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. The app features we advertise specifically states that we'll read stock numbers from your QuickBooks to overwrite Shopify, so if you do not have stock numbers set up in QuickBooks yet, please make sure that you do not enable the optional stock settings in our app. If you need any further help or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Customer Champions via [email protected].
