Had connection issues, Jasmin tried to help, unfortunately the problem was not resolved via chat. She has passed on the bigger issue to her team to resolve. She tried her best and that is appreciated.

Rods was patient and helpful. Unfortunately, the issue we are having is a known issue and we will just have to wait for the devs to create the update to fix the issue. Rods, however, was great!
When you have an issue, their support team is available to chat right away. Sam was right on it today, which was great!
Jasmin was very helpful and patient and walked me through each solution we could try. I was very happy with the customer service. Unfortunately, my account does have an issue that has still not been resolved, but Jasmin is continuing to work with me to find a solution.
I appreciate the excellent service from Francis! Although we couldn't fix the issue inside the connector, she helped me find the solution inside Quickbooks. Chelle helped me so much!
Jii was very helpful in assisting with trouble shooting and the issues I was having with syncing. Great support and quick to help.
App suit well my need and the interface is user friendly, notification are always on point when something block in the transfer. Customer service is proactive. The only issue is when you do an exchange on the same invoice in shopify, they do not transfer the exchange and it need to be manually done in quickbook. This is a great feature to have on shopify but unfortunately it add up a lot of data correction on Quickbook. Easy way is to use the refund + new order. Hope they will develop this feature soon, to change my review to 5 stars !

Jasmin was very helpful with my issue. Although QBO suddenly decided to temporarily remove the important order syncing part of the connector, Jasmin quickly offered the information and to notify me once this is fixed.
Customer support is good. WEN was able to resolve my sync issue quickly.
Does what it should do, Had a slight issue but SHERWIN jumped straight onto chat and sorted it. Top man :)
La configuration de l'application n'est pas toujours intuitive et il y a beaucoup d'étapes pour en arriver à une synchronisation entre la boutique en ligne et Quickbooks. Cependant, j'ai reçu l'aide de Rods quand j'ai rencontré des problèmes avec ma première vente et tout a été réglé. 3/5 pour la simplicité de configuration mais 5/5 pour l'aide reçue.

I had a few issues with the setup but the help team were fantastic and figured out the issues quickly. I would recommend using the live chat if you have any problems or don't know how to set things up. Ben was great!
The app works fine overall. I especially want to highlight Ben from customer service, he’s been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout!!
The verdict is still out but I'm thinking of pulling the trigger and using this app to connect my Shopify to Quickbooks. Sherwyn was very patient and knowledgeable. It felt like he was holding my hand. I needed my integration start date to Feb 2024 and he made it so that I would be able to. Let's see what happens. UPDATE: I finally pulled the trigger and I wish I would have done it sooner. JENNY was the best in helping me map my configurations. Answered all my questions and was there again day after day to help me maneuver through the data. Definitely ask for JENNY shes the BEST!
