The Shopify Connector By QuickBooks was upgraded recently and the sync had a lot of issues. I managed to get support from Jasmin who was amazing and fixed up all my issues. Thank you Jasmin!

JASMIN helped clear up my issues on using the shopify connector. It is integrated with QBO and the first time using it, I had some questions which she patiently helped with and making sure I was confident in next steps.

Chelle was very helpful in resolving issues with transactions that were incorrectly marked as unpaid in the integrations app, even though they had been paid.

The disconnect between our store and QuickBooksOnline persisted for 3 weeks with no resolution from Shopify or QuickBooks. Finally we reached out to One Saas and Val was incredibly persistent and after 5+ hours solved our problem. Her ability and persistence in trouble shooting the problem was incredible and we are extremely grateful
