Finally got some assistance from quickbooks thanks to Hensleigh who fixed my problem! Thank you so much Hensleigh! Seriously so happy to have my problem corrected after 8 months.

Realised my data was not being synced and whilst fumbling through setting up the new app, assistance was provided by Nick via chat... 10/10... Thank you

He stayed engaged, clearly explained what we were doing and why, and made sure everything was working properly before we finished.
