We've been using this app for several years now so have faced several issues that I would describe as normal given the volume we do. What really makes this app outstanding is their customer service. Troy in the CS department is responsive, personal and persistent towards making sure problems get resolved, these days that type of help is impossible to find.

Ben was very helpful in resolving my issue with syncing fees in QB. He was knowledgeable and patient in explaining the process and troubleshooting the error. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing assistance with QB-Shopify integration.

I truly appreciate this app and the customer service they provide. The app syncs my Shopify transactions to QB without any problems, and it makes my life so much easier.
