I subscribed to QuickBooks recently and have been trying to integrate shopify with QuickBooks. The integration wouldn't have been possible without the superb support of Wen who has been outstanding in being patient and responsive

Thanks Jenny from QB team, she superbly help me for my store integration and patiently stay with me for 2-3 hours. I feel confident now and would seek her assistance only if arises with any integration issue.

We do occasionally have connection issues that need to be reset, however I do find that the support team is quite helpful. Most recently, Francis was a great help and resolved our concerns in a timely manner. Thank you.

Sherwin was a great help! We had an issue with a product that was on over 200 orders that would've taken me hours to fix, and he did it in a matter of minutes! Would recommend Sherwin to everyone!

Sherwin was super quick and helpful! He helped fix some errors with how Shopify was communicating with my Quickbooks account. So helpful!!! :)
