While investigating sync errors a rep (Joe) messaged me to help and sorted it in 5 minutes without me having to do anything. Very helpful and saved me a lot of time.

Nick was amazing. I was staring at my computer cross-eyed and confused ready to give up. My computer made a blip noise and a chat started with Nick asking if I needed to help. Incredible service, and I love that it wasn't AI or a bot - he is a real person and was extremely helpful. Thanks, Nick! Still very confused, but that's not on you - you were very very helpful in getting my set up and on well on my way to figuring this all out. The configuration and integration support was amazing.

I had an error pop up and while trying to fix the issue a Chat window appeared. Francis asked if I needed help! This blew me away! He helped me get the issue fixed on the spot. Now that service!!!
