An excellent tool that saves us a lot of admin time. After encountering a problem following a mistake we made, Ben from support sorted things very quickly and we were back up and running. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Worked with JASMIN on the QBO shopify connector app as there were syncing issues and she resolved it as there were conflicting settings in the programs. She found where the problem was and everything is good to go now.

I was having issue with syncing, it is quite complicated for an accounting newbie. The support staff (Wen), approached us proactively and offered help to fix our sync issues! It helped a tonne, very impressed!
Francis was super helpful. I was just checking the status of the synchronizing when the chat popped up. This was great bc I noticed that the sync did not take place. Once Francis helped me with that they also recommended not enabling both the Order syncing and Payouts syncing as they've seen it cause issues with duplicate entries. That was good to know! They helped me make sure the payments were being posted and confirmed once it all showed up on my end. Very happy with their help. Thank you Francis!
Does what it should do, Had a slight issue but SHERWIN jumped straight onto chat and sorted it. Top man :)
