It is not super userfriendly to set up. But Wen was super helpful. Everything works well for now :)

Very quick and professional help from Nick. Easy to ask questions of and immediate responses. He has solved a few issues we had. The app itself works well but we have had to troubleshoot a lot of issues. Instructions on the app are minimal, so although it tells you generally what the problems are, it's not obvious how to solve them.

While the app is ok it does have bugs. And it if wasn't for the excellent support of people (Sherwin) it wouldn't be nearly so good. Thank you Sherwin! Sherwin gets 5 stars!

This app is crucial in sending sales from Shopify to QBO. I have never had a problem in 5 years. Sherwin was very speedy and new exactly how to fix my problem to get the two programs to connect again. Thank you Sherwin!

Have had a few hiccups with it so far but luckily, Nick, was able to help us out with our last one. If you are confused just send a message to the chat. They are actually helpful and Nick even fixed the issue himself.

I am just working on setting up our connection with shopify and Sherwin was able to provide a detailed answer for what I was having troubles with.

The QBO and Shopify connection is critical for keeping our business running but let me tell you the service side of this app is the best. I got stumped trying to figure something out and the support team here is great. BEN held my hand through some setup stuff I had messed up and we got a bunch of my sync cleaned up in no time!
