After having issues with my Shopify to Quickbooks integration, I was happy to receive a helping hand from Jebran in the QB integration Chat service. I spent the entire day in support with Angel, who truly lives up to the name. They persevered and were able to piece together a workaround that let me return to the legacy version, which I really appreciate. Unfortunately, the reason I needed help at all is that what was once a great app has taken a serious step backwards after the forced update. Please, if you haven’t updated yet, I strongly suggest holding off until these issues are resolved.

I had an issue with inventory syncing which was quickly and efficiently identified and fixed by Sherwin. Always great support and customer service on the very odd occasion it is required.

Had an issue with syncing the invoices from my Shopify store to my Quickbooks Online. Got on a chat with Francis and he was extremely helpful and quick to answer. Really nice to talk too and thorough in explaining the solutions. Great service from Francis!

I woke up this morning with a heavy load on my shoulder because of a problem I could not solve In my Quickbook connector. But thanks to Francis, now I feel a whole lot better. Now I know that we have good support and I won't wait so long to ask for help. Thanks again Francis

I was having difficulty getting my information to flow from Shopify to Quickbooks with the recent changes to the app. Sherwin helped me and did a wonderful job! He made it easy to fix and explained everything well. It was very appreciated!

Jii was very helpful and replied quickly, assuring me that there isn't actually a need to switch to the new app (which isn't ready) and it's ok to stay on the legacy app for now whilst they continue to work on it. Legacy app still seems to sync for me so I'll sit tight for now.
