I am a bookkeeper and use this app for ten different retail companies. I do not know what I would do without this app. Every support person I have chatted with has been very helpful and always responds quickly. I have chatted with Troy a number of times and he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Today I was assisted by Paul. I have previously been helped by him with other Shopify connections to QBO. He has always been so patient, kind and helpful. His knowledge of this system integration process is just unbelievable and he knows exactly what your requirements are and meets them to a 100% standard. Outstanding Service once again!! Rom was able to fix all of my shopify connection issues for me. I was getting error code 6140 on all of my invoices for a 2 month period and he saved the day! Thank you so much Rom for fixing this issue for me.

I had an issue with recurring error messages related to importing orders from Shopify to QB Online. Opened the support chat and Ben was there immediately. He solved the issue right away. Terrific service!

I had an issue with the connector which was creating invoices and duplicate sales. Ronnie, the support technician, quickly responded to my chat, listened to my issue, and promptly fixed the problem for me. The support provided was excellent, quick, and efficient.

Awesome customer service...!!! Excellent work from Troy (OneSaas), Karol (OneSaas), Marck (OneSaas), Ronnie (OneSaas) and Sherwin (OneSaas). They really went beyond expectations, but above all... they worked as a team. It shows great company culture that reflects on customer experience.

Good app - but really the strength is in the customer support. It is separate to Shopify and Quickbooks - they are great... especially Ben who has been who has been patient, polite, knowledgable and saved me hours and hours of wasted work!!!
