The Chat feature is very nice. You can talk to a human (very nice BEN in my case) and they can help you fix your problems right away. No back and forth by email that takes forever. Thanks, BEN!

hi i was so worried to start the process of changing my app for quick book and then the universe send me Francis made everything so much easier he walked me through every single step and the job was done fast and most importantly stressless thank you Francis for doing the work the way you do i hope lot of other customer get to use you for help you are truly a big asset of your company thank you so much !

Ben was great at getting QBO and Shoppify synced, he was patient enough to get me through something I hadn't figured out for a long time.

I've used this app and its predecessor for 5+years to sync sales transactions, and have found it to be very powerful, and highly configurable. I needed to transition from the legacy version of the app to the latest, and was able to get live chat support straight away to guide me through it. Ben was very helpful, and made sure things went smoothly.

This app has been a time-saver for syncing sales receipts in QB. Ben was very responsive when I had a sync issue and helped me solve this issue very quickly. I am delighted with the app and the support. I already recommended this app to many fellow Shopify managers.

Great App. Been using them for years and it does make book keeping so much easier, integrating between Quickbooks and Shopify. Nick on the other end was a great help setting it up.

NICK was really helpful - I hadn't even see there was a live chat option on the connector app - whilst scratching my head thinking how to deal with the errors a message popped up from NICK asking if he could help with this error - he was able to talk me through resolving the issues and to advise how to solve them going forward so it doesn't happen again - very pleased with this APP and the support provided.
