App has limitations but Nick has been very helpful with addressing our concerns.

Nick heard my problem, diagnosed the issue, and solved it within minutes. Pretty sure "Quick Nick" is what his buddies call him. Hope that guy is living his best life working remote in Bali or Costa Rica. Anyway, the developers continue to evolve and better the app. Premium integration at a low cost which mirrors the quality of higher cost apps that are out there. There's some integration limitations, but it gets the job done.

I just converted from the old OneSaas account to QuickBooks Online Global. Sherwin made the conversion really easy. He handled making sure the settings are the same as before and that the syncing is correct. Well done!

app is hard to use at first lots of settings which you need to look into.. 4 star for the app but 5 stars for Clarisse who massively helped me setting up the accounts and making sure they were correct.

Ben was really helpful! I had many questions on how to configure the sync and he was able to answer all of them. He also helped me troubleshoot errors and I was able to fix them in no time! I'm only giving 4 stars because I find the available documentation is not detailed enough, but my experience with Ben was very positive.

I love that they have a live chat option and Sherwin really helpedsync some problematic transactions for us. I would give 5 starts except that there are some limitations on syncing deposits and individual sales at the same time. They want it to be either/or. Other than that, if you aren't is over the top meticulous, this is a great integration and saves me a great deal of time entering transactions.
