Nick was an absolute star, he talked through everything very thoroughly (certainly needed with my lack of know-how!) and helped me every step of the way. An incredible help and so appreciated. 10/10 service.

One of the best support I've received. Paul helped to configure and sync up all the orders we had. He was so friendly and efficient, it made using the app so pleasant. Definitely recommend to anyone out there, the support is excellent!

Troy's the man! He patiently helped me step by step to get set up. Troy even went back and helped me upload data from before the date that the app said I could retrieve from. Super helpful. So fantastic to communicate with a human instead of a bot. Thanks for the exceptional service.

I was in touch with Sherwin from the support team via chat. Sherwin did a great job by walking me through the integration step by step and assisted in correcting sync errors as well as patiently waited while we had to remove tons of data on my side to bring the slate to clean.
