Was in trouble with Integrating SHOPIFY POS with Quickbooks online. Finally got a customer care(Mr.NICK), helped me from 0 to 100, with atmost patience and fully acknowledged with quickbook and shopify both. Thank you once again for the support. Update-16/12/2025- Had a trouble on syncing new shopify account with QB, Mr. Jiji helped really well to solve it with most patience.

This is a great integration to automate bringing sales into quickbooks. Really great and responsive customer service, Dean was very helpful in getting a new integration set up for me because the system has changed a bit since I first started using it.

I have for some years been using QBPOS for my retail business and later had to move to Shopify. Recently I needed an accounting software that would synch with Shopify and I decided to try QBO. I was able to navigate my way around QBO owing to the fact that they have tons of online information that I was able to read. QBO also have wonderful support agents that were always available to assist me during the setup and one of such nice and patient agents was Ben and Rezel. Ben was able to help me resolve the issues I had synching my invoices from Shopify to QBO. I definitely would recommend QBO to any retailer.
