I was having issues integrating my payments with my Shopify to my QBO and Sherwin worked with me to get the issue handled. He stick with me through thick and thin until he had the issue resolved. He kept me calm and reassured me - I never became frustrated because I believed he would see me through and he did! He cleared up months worth of issues that had been created on my end. Yay! Even though it says this app isn't compatible with my shop, I've had it installed for awhile now. It's not the easiest thing to configure, and for awhile I had daily error notifications that I could not fix, making a bit of a mess in QBO for me. I finally reached out to customer service for help after my accountant couldn't determine the issue or fix. I gave them access to my shop and they configured everything for me and then when I had another error message, they fixed that as well. I'm super pleased with the help they've provided me, and the app service overall. If you're using QBO and Shopify, this is a great solution.
