Have just completed the sync between Shopify and QBO, the process is pretty good however understanding the nuances is not so clear, having Pauls assistance in setting up the connection, then testing to make sure all was working is most excellent service. Paul was patient and made sure it all worked. Highly recommend the connector and the support team. Thanks so very much Paul. Cheers Michael

Messed things up while synching my quick books account with Shopify, but Karol from support helped me out super fast (not even taken 10 mins) and got everything sorted and made it running. She was very supportive, attention to detail, on top of everything, double checked with me all configurations just before she proceeded, and overall very impressive. Thank you Karol

Customer service was 5 star! i was reluctant to install the app at first, but as soon as i sent an email Sherwin was right there with a reply and guided me thru the entire process. was a couple of issues syncing up the store but was resolved in minutes! So far so good, very happy with the support so far

I just wanted to say that I really appreciate how intuitive this app is. It's so easy to use, even for someone like me who isn't very tech-savvy. I also wanted to mention that I had a question about how to use the app, and I contacted support. David was very helpful and got back to me very quickly. He answered all of my questions and even went above and beyond to help me out. I'm very happy with this app and I would definitely recommend it to others.

We are very pleased with how well this app keeps our Shopify Store and our QBO records working together. We have also had very good customer service when we have had questions. Sherwin helped me today and assisted quickly and professionally.

Very useful app, and saves a lot of time. I messed things up by recreating my quickbooks account and messing up all the links in the backend, but Rom from support helped me out super quickly and got me back up and running. Note to anyone reading, you're going to have issues if you ask Quickbooks to start over after installing this app. I would install the app only when you're sure your quickbooks is setup how you like. Anyway, good little app and super fast and professional support.

I installed this on my Shopify app last year but haven't had a chance to set it up until recently. I'm clueless about any Accounting apps so i wasn't sure what I was doing. David from Customer Support was very helpful and patient and my integration issues were resolved in no time. App is straightforward after all! Highly recommend!
