I'm all for making things efficient and automated, this app is perfect for just that, I had some issues on the initial setup but the customer service team (Troy) were super quick at fixing any small bugs.

We had an issue where refunds were not being processed from Shopify to Quickbooks. We started a chat with Ben, who explained the QBC synch in detail and demonstrated thorough understanding of the refund synch logic and Shopify order cancelation process. Ben helped resolve the issue and was patient in explaining the way the QBC worked.

Great app and customer service. I had to use the chat feature this morning and their rep Nick was able to quickly resolve my issue. He even stayed on the chat line while I double check the repair on my end. I am very happy with this app and their customer service.
