This app is awesome as it saves us lots of times. They also offer great support. I was able to succesfully settup my account with the assistance of LORI who guided me through. Thank you for your kind support and I will keep using this app for a long time.

Had the hardest time trying to sync data from my Shopify account to Quickbooks. Paul messaged asking if I needed help and walked me through the entire process. He was patient and answered all my questions. The customer service is top notch! A++

I recently had the pleasure of working with Francis for assistance with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Shopify. They provided exceptional service, recovering over 18 months of invoices and payments in QBO. Additionally, they successfully resolved a connection issue that had been causing problems. Sherwin provided great customer service today. For the app, I wish QBO allowed undeposited funds to be used for fees so i can match deposits but otherwise this connector is great.

OForget the name of my helper might have been Nick? who ever it was, was a great help during my chat online, trying to uninstall my old app and installing the new app. He was patient, and went well beyond to help me.. Could nott ask for a more suportive person or app.
