I was able to connect Shopify with QuickBooks Online without any issues. Once connected I had quite a few errors with syncing sales, tracking inventory and payouts. I used the chat box on OneSass to contact support. Ben was our agent and knew exactly what to do. He walked me through step by step and we were able to fix all the errors very quickly. I am not tech savvy but his instructions were clear and easy to understand. I always dread having to contact support but I was thrilled with Ben's help.

Third Time: Karol helped me recently in synchronising all our invoices. She was very good in her work and provided me with support whole heartedly. Thank you Karol. Second time: Paul helped me second time when i was struggling to sync the order workflows from shopify to QBO. I am writing to thank Paul for helping me today with syncronizing issue. I wasn't sure as i was very new to this. Paul helped me wholeheartedly and patiently while i was trying to work it out. Paul not only helped me but also gave me additional information and corrected errors on my workflow. Thank you so much Paul for helping. I couldn't have done it without your help. First Time: Rom was very helpful. I wanted to check if my data is deleted from shopify app so i can start a fresh. Rom helped me quickly, efficiently without any waiting time. Super helpful with their support Karol, take about 10 mins to resolve the sync issue regarding to the create new product from Shopify and sync it to quickbooks.

My most recent interaction was with Karol which was awesome, love dealing the everyone, anytime I have a question they have yet to disappoint they answer right away and help out every time, unlike Shiopify which tells you thank you for the feedback we will send it to our developers.

I received an e-mail saying something was wrong with my connection. I logged in and noticed quite a few transactions hadn't synced, despite being paid. I jumped on chat and within just a few minutes Karol sorted the whole thing out!
