I originally had some issues syncing my shopify store to quickbooks, but Nick in the connections support team, walked me through everything step by step and did what he could in the background. He really couldn't have been more helpful. I'm quite sure the Quickbooks app is the best accounting software around at the moment and and they've got the support team to back it up!

Ben was extremely helpful in providing honest advice for using QB I already had which would avoid duplications from happening if I had used this app alongside QB itself. Saved a lot of potential revisions and I can now move onto full use of QB.

Nick solved my issue in a mere 20 mins. Honestly, its the best customer service I have gotten having been their user for so many years.

SHERWIN in customer support was great and helped resolve all our connection issues.

I have been using this app for a number of years and it is very reliable and integrates seamlessly with QBO. If you do have an issue (rare) the support is first class through the chat function. Had a sync issue today and Ben had this resolved very quickly.

NICK setup our links and now all trasactions auto link to QBO

Thanks to Ben our sync is finally working for the new orders!
