QuickBooks Online

Settings can be fiddly on the initial setup, but the live support is very good when they're online. Nick offered to help and solved all issues. Great customer service.

Had an issue with the connector and getting my Shopify store to connect to my QB Online. Sherwin was my sherpa. Actually better than my sherpa. He got us fixed and rolling in very short order. If I have any problems going forward, I hope they land in Sherwins hands. He's the best.

I originally had some issues syncing my shopify store to quickbooks, but Nick in the connections support team, walked me through everything step by step and did what he could in the background. He really couldn't have been more helpful. I'm quite sure the Quickbooks app is the best accounting software around at the moment and and they've got the support team to back it up!

Ben was extremely helpful in providing honest advice for using QB I already had which would avoid duplications from happening if I had used this app alongside QB itself. Saved a lot of potential revisions and I can now move onto full use of QB.
