Sherwin at QB has been super helpful in getting the integration set up. Support is fast, responsive and helpful. I'm hoping that the integration streamlines my Shopify accounting.

Sherwin was super helpful in helping us integrate Shopify and QBO- answered all my questions and showed how it would show up for us in QBO page. Great!

I was really struggling with setting up my QB account and received tech support from Nick. Not only was he friendly but insanely helpful. I honestly would not have been able to set this up correctly without him. It is not often as a small business you have help but it is sometimes essential. He was extremely knowledgeable. He helped me link shopify to QB and to import the information in the correct way (without duplicates) from Shopify to QuickBooks. Highly recommend Nick!

Nick was so helpful. Spent heaps of time making sure the sync was set up perfectly. He got me syncing products and understanding the best options to use. Extremely happy with the support given.

I received tech support from Paul. He was very detailed and took care of me patiently. He is extremely knowledgeable, and thanks to his help, I was able to import inventory product lists from Shopify to QuickBooks. I am grateful to Paul for his impeccable support.

Customer support is outstanding, Clarisse really made short work of sorting out a sync problem! Everything back up and running in a matter of minutes. Its staff like Clarisse that really makes it work!

The first day I started using QB I was thinking this will be complicated but after a few days I was using it with no problems, today I was going for the next step: the connection between My Shopify and QB and I was terrify because i couldn't find where to start and I started a Chat with support and Sherwin started to answer all my questions and giving me the right directions I was getting more confident with the process. Thank you QB for your help but a special thanks to Sherwin for the way you help me and solve all my issues.

NICK is super helpful, effective and even pop's up in the Chat before you know you will need his help. I love dealing with NICK, always very nice.
