I've been using this app for at least 5 years. It works simply and effectively, with lots of flexibility to tailor the synchronization options to your needs and accounting set-up. Whenever I've needed support, it's been excellent with very fast turnaround. Dave and Nick have been particularly responsive and helpful. Highly recommended. Oh - and it's free!

Sherwin helped me with uploading older transactions from Etsy and Shopify into Quickbooks. I really appreciate the support and how quickly everything was done.

Love this app! Had to upgrade to the new version and Ronnie provided amazing support. He talked me through each step and uninstalling, reinstalling and also assisted with the reconnection. Perfect support and absolutely can recommend this app! Amazing support and so appreciated!

One of the best support I've received. Paul helped to configure and sync up all the orders we had. He was so friendly and efficient, it made using the app so pleasant. Definitely recommend to anyone out there, the support is excellent!
