Troy's the man! He patiently helped me step by step to get set up. Troy even went back and helped me upload data from before the date that the app said I could retrieve from. Super helpful. So fantastic to communicate with a human instead of a bot. Thanks for the exceptional service.

I was experiencing some sync errors while connecting Shopify to QBO. I clicked on chat support and was connected with David. He fixed the issues in minutes and everything is working! Thanks for the quick help!

I was in touch with Sherwin from the support team via chat. Sherwin did a great job by walking me through the integration step by step and assisted in correcting sync errors as well as patiently waited while we had to remove tons of data on my side to bring the slate to clean.
