Simple and effective tool for our store. Had some small tweaks that we needed to make when setting up the integration and needed a bit of help. Contacted customer service through the chat and had someone to help right away. Dean was a big help and solved all of our problems very quickly.

Upon setting up my QBO account, I wanted to sync my Shopify orders from an older date and Nick was very helpful in helping me navigate the different settings and mappings. Excellent service.
