Today, I needed some help to resync some orders that had numbering error due to bad config in the connector....Thanks to BEN, he give great support and help fix the issues right away, very patient and fast to get the solution! Great support! Thanks again BEN !!! I also had another session with DAVID, same great support! Thanks to the team! Impressive the way issues get resolved fast and clean! They both know the product very well, well as expert!

This is the best App that integrates with QBO for Shopify. And Customer Service is AAA+++. Sherwin just helped and was awesome!

I contacted Support for an Shopify/QBO integration issue and was promptly connect with BEN. He spent a good amount of time working with me and helped me understand the app. As well he patiently helped me to reconnect the Shopify App to my Clients QBO account as these was an issue with the Client's bank feeds. Excellent service from Ben. Thanks Ben!

Costumer support was really patient with me to set all things up. I had some concerns with mapping payment and now everything is working fine! A big thank you to Dean and Troy :) I just spoke with Sherwin because I was having some issues with pushing my transactions and he helped me very well ! Ben was awesome! Had some issues syncing Shopify with QuickBooks, and it was getting pretty frustrating. Ben jumped into our chat and handled everything like a pro.
