I recently had the pleasure of working with Francis for assistance with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Shopify. They provided exceptional service, recovering over 18 months of invoices and payments in QBO. Additionally, they successfully resolved a connection issue that had been causing problems. Their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Francis to anyone needing support with QBO and Shopify

Attempting to do the app solo, don't do it! but after the help from Nick (and an entertaining chat) was able to sit back and let them help with every step!

Sherwin provided great customer service today. For the app, I wish QBO allowed undeposited funds to be used for fees so i can match deposits but otherwise this connector is great.

My experience with the Connector Team (the one you access through your Shopify) was great. Francis was very helpful in solving my questions, very knowledgeable, and provided great guidance.

OForget the name of my helper might have been Nick? who ever it was, was a great help during my chat online, trying to uninstall my old app and installing the new app. He was patient, and went well beyond to help me.. Could nott ask for a more suportive person or app.
