I can't say enough good things about this app and the team working on it. Sherwin was incredibly friendly and helpful and helped me solve my issue immediately. Seamless integration as well between QBO and Shopify. I highly recommend this product over all the others out there.

Would love to see some of the syncing workflows go both ways (Shopify to QBO and QBO to Shopify) but the app really does accomplish a lot of things we need it to already. Troy and Sherwin both were super helpful in resolving the issues I had too.

Great app for syncing our Shopify with QBO, and whgen I ran in to an error with duplicate transaction numbers Sherwin from customer support helped walk me through correcting the errors and fixed it going forward. Thank you Sherwin!

Vincent was awesome!! I could not have set up the connection without his help.. He walked me through it and was suer patient.. I have confidence in my QB / Shopify connection and knowing i can reconcile correctly.. :-)

Good support from David today to troubleshoot some type of transaction in chart of account once connection to Shopify . I will know soon enough if the problem is resolved, but it is good to have online chat available. Thanks David

So far this app which synchs your Shopify data into QuickBooks works as it should without problems. More importantly, there is a live chat support which is amazing. Very fast, very helpful - same on the QuickBooks support side of things. Counts for a lot these days. Highly recommended and excellent support from David and Rafael.

This is a very useful App, make us save quite some time. Also great support from Ben & also David, very pro-active and fix your mapping issue very quickly.
